Email Fund Transfer: To pay by email fund transfer directly from your bank account please email to sonja@netzeroenergyhome.ca along with the security answer.

Cheque: To pay by cheque please make payable to the Net-Zero Energy Home Coalition and mail to 7245 Joliette Crescent, Mississauga, ON, L5N 1Z2, Canada.


Terms and Conditions


The Net-Zero Energy Home (NZEH) Coalition is incorporated under the Canada Corporations Act, created by and operated for its members. The Coalition is directed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the majority of members, or appointed by a majority vote of the Board of Directors in accordance with its approved By-Laws.

 

Membership in the NZEH Coalition is limited to persons interested in furthering the objects of the Coalition and shall consist of anyone whose application for admission as a member has received the approval of the Board of Directors. Any member may be removed from the Coalition, for any cause, by an Ordinary Resolution of the Board of Directors. Membership in the Coalition may not be transferred or reassigned in any manner.
 

Cancellation Terms

A member may at any time, by giving notice in writing to the Executive Director, cancel their membership with the NZEH Coalition. The resignation will be effective 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice by the Executive Director and all membership benefits will then no longer be accessible. The member's name and all pertinent contact information will be removed from the on-line membership directory within 30 days of receipt of the written notice of membership cancellation.


Logo Usage and Promotion

Within 30 days of receipt of the membership fee payment, electronic files of the NZEH Coalition logo will be emailed to the contact person as indicated in the membership application. The logo is only to be used to promote support of the Coalition, its efforts and activities by the member and is not to be distributed.


Membership Directory

Within 30 days of membership approval, the member organization name, website URL, and logo as well as contact name, title, phone number and email address, together with a 50-word description will be posted on the NZEH Coalition website. The physical location of the member organization will also be added to our google map. Members will provide up-dated information as needed. (Upon membership approval you will be asked to provide a company logo in jpg/gif/png maximum 300 by 300 pixels.)
