Roxul® Inc is part of Rockwool International of Denmark, the world’s leading producer of stone wool insulation, which is made from natural basalt rock and recycled material. Rockwool International founded in 1909 and today operates worldwide with more than 8,800 employees, with 25 factories across 3 continents. In North America Roxul has two manufacturing facilities the first in Milton, Ontario and the second in Grand Forks, British Columbia.
