By 2015 have 250 trained home builder members and 175 non-builder members.
Financial. To succeed financially, what revenue models should we pursue?
By 2015 earn $1.5 million in annual revenue.
Process. To create operational capacity, what business processes must we excel at?
By 2015 hold 24 training sessions annually, have 200 certified Net-Zero Energy Homes and 500 Net-Zero Ready Homes.
Progress. To achieve our vision, how will we sustain our ability to continuously improve and remain relevant as an organization?
By 2015 our next stage of products and services are identified and under development.
- Promote the concept of net-zero ready, net-zero, and beyond net-zero homes and communities.
- Transform the market by integrating energy efficiency and energy generation in housing.
- Create a roadmap to achieve affordable NZEHs.
- Advance the design, construction practices, technologies, and performance standards of NZEHs.
- Capture and disseminate NZEH best practices for all to use.

Zero for Zero. We help builders build net-zero ready homes for no extra cost to their customers.
